Correcting

Today we corrected questions 2, 9, and 13. We have to be finished questions 1-12 in our statistics booklet for tommorow we have a homework check. The test has been postponed!

Reviewing For Test!

Tomorrow we have a test. Mr. Max suggested we study Pathways, F.C.E, Sample Spaces, Independent and Dependent events, and mutually exclusive formulas. You can go and lok on old provincials exams or use the booklet he photocopied for us. Happy Studying!

Factorial Notation

Today we learned formulas for Permutatiom and combination factoring. In permutation, ORDER matters. Combination? Doesn't matter. It is very unusual.

Tests

Today we got our tests back and i think i did alright. Mr. Max gave us the answer key so we can correct it. We finished the pie question that we were doing on friday.

Continuation Of Personal Finance

Today we are correcting the question we were supposed to do even though i wasn't here yesterday. We can do these questions on a graphing calculator or on the web. You dont need excel to do them.

Learning New Ways to Solve Sequences

Today we learned ways three and four to solve sequences and i didn't pay attention.

Sequences and Series

Today we are learning a new unit. Apparently its not very long and there are supposed to be some plumbers coming soon. We are learning about fractals right now and looking at examples. Neat

Test

Im blogging twice today since i was writing my test yesterday. I found it kinda hard, i knew how to do the start of the questions but didn't know how to fnish them. I dont think i did very well.:(

Correcting

Today we are correcting question4 on excercise 7. It is non directed networks which seems pretty simple to me.

The Day I Wasn't Here

Well,the day i wasn't here we learned about Networks and Matricies, Directed Vs. Non Directed. I still have no idea what that is but im gonna take notes.

Excersice 2

Today we corrected question 2. I was right and i learned how to do question 4 which i was stuck on. I find it rather boring.

Transition Matricies

Today we learned the few steps and how to easily figure out matricies in your graphing calculator(even though i dont have one). I finished the first question and found it to be exactly the same as the example question. Easy!

Excercise 5 Question 2

Well Kellen and i figured that you times the weekly productions of both companies by the number of factories they have. When you do that you get 170 Kitchen suites and 240 bedroom suites. That is the weekly productions. To get the total market value you times the weekly productions by the amount each suites sells for and you should get $255000.00 for kitchen suites and $528000.00 for bedroom suites. Whola.

Matrix Modelling

Monday we started learning about matrix's and whatnot. We learned the matrix operations are addition, subtraction, scalar multiplication, matrix multiplication. We went through how to put matrix's into our calculators which is swell because i rather dislike calculators. Awesome!

Goals!!

My goals as of grade 12 1st semester are:
1. Go to University and become a registered nurse.
2. Graduate with honors.
3.Obtain a grade point average of 90% and over this year.
4. Get married and have a family.
Yay!
